This eatery lets every customer become a master chocolatier.

Utilizing a custom designed, patent pending mill-work piece designed by the Sargenti Design Department, guests are guided through mixing and matching various sweets into bespoke confections.The prototype location reflects the roots of french chocolate shops and rustic sweet shops. Sleek marble and industrial lighting keep the eatery current yet timeless. The project is in a unique land-marked building in New York City, and the Sargenti team worked meticulously to maintain a smooth construction timeline.
