Location: Plano, TX

Job Title: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Requirements: Project management professional who is proficient in REVIT, has restaurant/QSR experience and has managed a team.

Responsibilities include the following:

Team Management. Oversee the work done by the Draftsperson and/or Assistant PM.
Communication with Clients, Building Officials, Landlords, and Consultants.
Coordination and management of multiple projects and clients in a timely fashion.
Review state and local code compliance.
Execute site surveys on a needed basis.

Commensurate with experience
