James previously worked as a senior project manager for ten years and was responsible for a team of 14 people.

He successfully directed large projects for clients such as Disney and the Children’s Place. In his years of service over 900 stores were completed all while performing business development activities. James has over 24 years of retail architectural experience and is responsible for all critical architectural development. With a vast knowledge of building codes, construction details, and an understanding of the demanding time constraints of retail has allowed James to build strong client relationships. If you show that you are genuinely involved and interested in what your staff needs, then you’re giving them confidence rather than just an answer. Listening is truly the key- since each day is different than the other.
